Knoxville Branch President, Sam Mayes, P.E., is presenting the Daniel Barge Award for Distinguished Service to Dr. Daryl Armentrout, PhD, P.E.
At the November 2015 Branch meeting, current Branch President Sam Mayes presented Helen Hennon with the Award for Outstanding Leadership and Service for being the 2014 Knoxville Branch President.
The Knoxville ASCE Branch recognized Shawn Fitzpatrick as the 2015 Government Engineer of the year and submitted a nomination for Mr. Fitzpatrick to the Tennessee Section as their 2015 Government Engineer of the Year.
The ASCE Knoxville Branch recognized the Lakeshore Park Abatement and Demolition Project as the Outstanding Engineering Project for 2015. The City of Knoxville is transforming 185 acres of the former Lakeshore Mental Health Institute into Lakeshore Park.
